Kimberly J. Gallagher, Esquire is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and a graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law. While at Duquesne, Ms. Gallagher was selected to write for the Duquesne Law Review and was the recipient of the Albert R. Mugel Tax Court Award. Ms. Gallagher is an experienced oil and gas attorney, having been employed by Dominion Exploration & Production, Inc. (now CONSOL Energy) in the 1990s, concentrating her practice on shallow gas 
exploration and production. At that time, Ms. Gallagher wrote the form of oil and gas lease utilized by Dominion for its Pennsylvania leasing operations. After leaving Dominion, Ms. Gallagher went on to represent other oil and gas producing companies and has taught oil and gas law at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Since entering private practice, Ms. Gallagher has represented numerous landowners in their negotiation of oil and gas leases and pipeline rights of way. Attorney Gallagher is a member of the Westmoreland County, Allegheny County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and is licensed to practice before the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. 

Dennis E. Shean, Esquire is a magna cum laude graduate of St. Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania and a graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law. While at Duquesne, Attorney Shean instructed other students in Legal Research and Writing, authored a cover story for the Duquesne University School of Law on the landmark case of U.S. vs. Nixon, studied trial tactics and was active in both Trial and Appellate Moot Court. Upon graduating from Duquesne, Mr. Shean served as a Judicial Clerk to the President Judge of Fayette County, Pennsylvania before entering into private practice. Mr. Shean has had a substantial career in both jury and non-jury civil and criminal litigation throughout the Courts of Western Pennsylvania and has successfully argued and defended cases before both the State and Federal Courts. Mr. Shean has assisted numerous clients in the negotiation of oil and gas leases and pipeline rights of way, and has trial experience involving the interpretation and enforcement of oil and gas leases. Attorney Shean is a member of the Westmoreland County, Allegheny County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and is licensed to practice before the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Supreme Court.
